Key Account Manager: The Key Account Manager (KAM) is your window into the market. Our KAMs are in your market and interact with your customers and vendors. They see everything you would like to see if you only had the time. They attend industry conferences, read industry periodicals and interact with each other, sharing the knowledge of what is happening in the North American perishables market. Our KAMs understand and practice our customer-first philosophy, and they practice relationship selling so that every interaction you have with them should be satisfying and informative.

Customer Service Representative: Your Customer Service Representative (CSR) is there to guide you through the Yerecic Label process. Step-by-step, they will help you understand everything that is happening and answer any questions you may have. CSRs are the ones who manage every aspect of the process; they're your personal advocate within our organization. You will always find your Customer Service Representative in the office and completely up-to-speed on your project. Answers to any questions you have are always a direct phone call away.

Graphic Artist: The Graphic Artist brings your project to life. Through color, font and image placement, your artist makes sure that your message gets through loud and clear to your target audience. The artist works with your Key Account Manager and Customer Service Representative to bring your concept to life, ensuring that your message will resonate with your target audience and lead to increased sales.

Print Managers: Our Print Managers take ownership of your job from the office team when it goes to print. They ensure that the final job meets or exceeds your signed proof approval. They understand that quality is conformance to the customers’ specifications. They work with our press teams whose leader’s name is proudly displayed at the beginning of every roll of labels that they print.
