Research

Yerecic Label funds proprietary and shared research, such as the Protein Labeling Study, done in partnership with the National Pork Board and The Beef Checkoff Program, to better understand shoppers' needs at the meat case. We have worked with the Canadian Beef Information Centre on their Lean Beef Initiative to measure growth in Lean Beef Cuts sales at retail. We also conduct in-store tests to understand shopper habits and preferences and ensure that our products are as effective as possible.
